How
does Door to Door Work?
Our
Dispatch Desk will map out the route for
Pick Ups and Drop Offs the night before your
trip. Once the Manifest is complete, the
Dispatch Desk will contact each passenger to
give them a more specific pick up time. Note
- the times published on our website are
estimated and can vary greatly depending on
how many passengers are booked and how many
pick ups & drop offs there are.
Do I need to reserve in advance?
Yes! You should book at least 2
days in advance to ensure seating. The Bus
fills up quickly! We do not accept
passengers without reservations and you
cannot buy your ticket on the vans.
Can I pay cash for my ticket?
No. For security purposes, we
do not accept cash. We accept Visa,
MasterCard & Discover. We gladly accept
Debit Cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo
as well from any bank worldwide.
How Do I Buy A Ticket?
Simply fill out the reservation form
online. Once your payment is processed, you
will be given a confirmation number.
No paper ticket is
required! You do NOT need to print your
confirmation.
Can I
make a reservation by Telephone?
Absolutely! You can call us
toll-free at 888-872-9992 or from outside
the country at +01-407-442-2810. Please be
advised that fares are approximately $10.00
Higher per person when booking by telephone.
What if I want to cancel or
change my ticket?
You
can cancel or make changes to your travel
plans providing you give at least 48 Hours
advance notice. There is a charge of $10.00
Per Person, Each Way for changes or
cancellations. Changes or cancellations
within 48 hours of travel are completely
Non-Refundable, Non-Changeable,
Non-Transferrable. If you do not travel on
your scheduled trip, you will forfeit your
ticket.
How much luggage can
I bring?
We allow 2
pieces of checked luggage at no charge -
Maximum weight 50 pounds. You may also bring
2 carry-on bags with you. They must fit in
an overhead bin or under the seat in front
of you. |
