Can I pay cash for my ticket?
No. For security purposes, we do not accept cash. We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover. We gladly accept Debit Cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo as well from any bank worldwide.

How Do I Buy A Ticket?
Simply fill out the reservation form online. Once your payment is processed, you will be given a confirmation number. No paper ticket is required! You do NOT need to print your confirmation.

Can I make a reservation by Telephone?
Absolutely! You can call us toll-free at 888-872-9992 or from outside the country at +01-407-442-2810. Please be advised that fares are approximately $10.00 Higher per person when booking by telephone.

What if I want to cancel or change my ticket?
You can cancel or make changes to your travel plans providing you give at least 48 Hours advance notice. There is a charge of $10.00 Per Person, Each Way for changes or cancellations. Changes or cancellations within 48 hours of travel are completely Non-Refundable, Non-Changeable, Non-Transferrable. If you do not travel on your scheduled trip, you will forfeit your ticket.

How much luggage can I bring?
We allow 2 pieces of checked luggage at no charge - Maximum weight 50 pounds. You may also bring 2 carry-on bags with you. They must fit in an overhead bin or under the seat in front of you.
